I really recommend Elmtree pet hotel, we’ve left our GSD there 3 times. I receive updates on a regular basis from Simon, who’s been incredible and really takes care of him and understands the breed which is important to me. He looks sooo happy in the photos that I’m being sent! I really appreciate the regular updates. I’ve also paid a bit extra for the camera in his room which gives me access 24/7 and I can see his kennel is clean and he’s comfortable. The head receptionist is also really accommodating and friendly. Overall I’m super happy with the experience for me and my dog and I wouldn’t bring my dog to stay anywhere else.
This is the best place my dog has stayed. He came out to greet me as such a happy boy and this gave me so much comfort. They really looked after him, thank you to the Elmtree team x
My dog is very happy staying here. The Pet Hotel adapts to the individual dog's needs, which, I think, helps them settle down into their new temporary home.
Our cat Rupert stayed here for 5 nights over Christmas, it was his first time in a cattery/away from home and we were super nervous but I couldn’t be more impressed with the team at Elmtree. They were so lovely and reassuring, they were available on instagram to get photo updates, the room he was in looked great and it looked like he got lots of attention, cuddles and play time as well! The taxi pick-up/drop-off service was also super handy. So grateful to the whole team for looking after him so well, we’ll definitely use Elmtree again!
I adore this place! I have had both my dogs and my cat stay here many times and they go above and beyond to make your animals feel at home and the staff are just so lovely! It never worry about my babies when they are here. Always book early especially over the holiday periods as they book up fast.
I used Elmtree Pet Hotel when leaving our recent rescue dog Angel for the first time. I was extremely worried due to her background and even cried when dropping her off! I was reassured throughout my trip with updates and photos which allowed me to enjoy my holiday & I could see Angel was also having a nice time away. When I collected her it was clear she had a lovely time and all the staff were SO lovely and helpful. I would definitely recommend Elmtree and won't leave Angel anywhere else now!
