Opened on the 12th July 2014, our state of the art Grooming Parlour offers everything your regular grooming parlour has to offer but with a very special twist; your pooches will be thoroughly pampered whilst in our care and they will be able to relax and enjoy the best spa experiences ever. Our Grooming Parlour boasts a viewing gallery where you can see your pampered pooch being spoilt, reflecting the transparency of our services.

More about our Unique Jacuzzi Spa Bath and massage

Elmtree Luxury Pet Hotel is one of only a handful of places in the country to have a Jacuzzi Spa Bath. The Jacuzzi Spa Bath is an innovative new product dedicated to the growing trend of hydrotherapy and relaxation therapy for pets. The bath features massage bubble jet technology which releases thousands of bubbles per minute to relax joints and soothe the muscles for an immediate sensation of well-being. The bath also features a warm water function to increase circulation.

This is a fantastic way to treat your pet to 15-20 minutes of relaxation and it is also highly recommended by vets for many different conditions.

Prices start at £30 for a 15 minute massage session, including a shampoo and fluff dry.

I really recommend Elmtree pet hotel, we’ve left our GSD there 3 times. I receive updates on a regular basis from Simon, who’s been incredible and really takes care of him and understands the breed which is important to me. He looks sooo happy in the photos that I’m being sent! I really appreciate the regular updates. I’ve also paid a bit extra for the camera in his room which gives me access 24/7 and I can see his kennel is clean and he’s comfortable. The head receptionist is also really accommodating and friendly. Overall I’m super happy with the experience for me and my dog and I wouldn’t bring my dog to stay anywhere else.

Our cat Rupert stayed here for 5 nights over Christmas, it was his first time in a cattery/away from home and we were super nervous but I couldn’t be more impressed with the team at Elmtree. They were so lovely and reassuring, they were available on instagram to get photo updates, the room he was in looked great and it looked like he got lots of attention, cuddles and play time as well! The taxi pick-up/drop-off service was also super handy. So grateful to the whole team for looking after him so well, we’ll definitely use Elmtree again!

I adore this place! I have had both my dogs and my cat stay here many times and they go above and beyond to make your animals feel at home and the staff are just so lovely! It never worry about my babies when they are here. Always book early especially over the holiday periods as they book up fast.

I used Elmtree Pet Hotel when leaving our recent rescue dog Angel for the first time. I was extremely worried due to her background and even cried when dropping her off! I was reassured throughout my trip with updates and photos which allowed me to enjoy my holiday & I could see Angel was also having a nice time away. When I collected her it was clear she had a lovely time and all the staff were SO lovely and helpful. I would definitely recommend Elmtree and won't leave Angel anywhere else now!
