I booked a stay for Ronnie, my French Bulldog puppy at Elmtree Pet Hotel due to the fact I needed to urgently get away for a few days. I was nervous leaving him because he was only 15 weeks old at the time and it was his first time away from me. I was reassured by Tom and the lovely ladies looking after him that he was good hands and was told I could contact them to check up on him at any point. When I returned to collect him, I was greeted by an extremely happy puppy who was having the absolute time of his life playing in the enclosed garden in the sunshine. He had had such an amazing time that I had to carry him out because he kept trying to run back in! To anyone who is nervous or unsure about leaving their beloved pet, I would throughly recommend Elmtree! The staff are fantastic – so helpful and completely put your mind at ease and the accommodation and site is more beautiful than some hotels I’ve stayed in! Highly recommended by myself and little Ronnie!

They looked after my 2 cats while I was on holiday. One of them is very nervous and I’ve never used a cattery before (for 7-years). I was worried at first but they sent me some photos of my cats looking very relaxed, so I was relieved and had a good holiday. When my cats came home they looked like they’ve come back from their holiday – running around happily. They also seem to be stronger than before and get on well. It’s the only place I can leave my cats.

Since then we’ve popped in and out for grooms – it’s a great environment everyone is so friendly. I couldn’t feel happier about leaving my dearly loved cats with Ashleigh and Tom at Elmtree. They go the extra mile to make you feel at ease with them being in their care. I’m given personal updates and photos whenever asked, and detail on their stay when I pick them up. I can settle them in myself and out their toys and bits out where I think suits them best. I am an over protective cat mum, and don’t trust anyone with my cats, but knowing they’re safe and secure (with underfloor heating and classic fm radio played all day!) I can enjoy my holiday so much more (apart from missing them to the point of tears!) My kitten thoroughly enjoyed his first stay this year and they will be back next! My big boy has been about 3/4 times now too and we won’t ever go anywhere else. The ladies on reception are also very friendly, and are vigilant on their health checks and jabs, which I think is really good practice to make sure the animals are never at risk. Xxx

I can not recommend this establishment enough! I had neve left my dogs before and was really nervous about it as they are both Romanian rescues and one has real people trust issues! From the start, even just visiting the country club first impressions were unbelievable. So large, secure, clean, and the young lady who I met didnât even let Jess bother her (even though she was barking at her!) She happily showed me around and explained how it worked in great detail. I booked up as soon as I could, and the lady I liaised with on email was fabulous! Accommodating, polite, just so easy to deal with. The deposit was reasonable and the overall price, as much as it is expensive, you get what you pay for, and this place is so worth it! The day of dropping off my fur babies, as much as I hated it and me and my daughter were in tears, the young lady genuinely couldnât have done enough to ease my concern, she even offered to give me her mobile number to which my fiancĂ© intervened âsheâll be fineâ lol. We did stalk our dogs on the camera, again another brilliant and easy bit of kit to use! But to be honest we didnât need to, and we had nothing to worry about. Jess & Baileys tails were wagging when they saw the staff, they loved their walks and playtimes with friends, they even didnât an Instagram post! Seriously the service is A*+. Picking up day was just the best, I got my fur babies back but I also got to see first hand the relationship my doggies had made with the staff which was quite beautiful! I love this place, so much so, that I had previously organised another boarder for our holiday in August in case the dogs didnât like the Country club but I couldnât have been more wrong, Iâve emailed and booked them back in! Seriously, I can not rave on enough, so so happy!!

Elmtree Pet Hotel is just an amazing structure. We have been planning a long holiday for a long time and we were looking for a suitable accommodation for our dog who unfortunately suffers from separation anxiety. The staff of the Elmtree Pet Hotel were great in handling the situation, we took our dog for âtrial sessionsâ weeks in advance to build confidence and after the first difficult impact, heâs now resisting to go back home. The facilities are very clean, the staff is very nice and kind, and the dogs are very well taken care of. A big special thank to Mandy, whose perseverance and patience helped a lot with our dog. Now he canât wait to go back to the Elmtree Pet Hotel.

Love going here. A calm oasis after driving through a large housing estate. Beautiful location off the beaten track. Always a friendly welcome and efficient booking in. Security of the whole site is v reassuring and our beloved fur baby is always happy to be here. In fact she ignores us when the kennel maids come to fetch her. The entire place is spotless, smells fresh, in excellent condition and is light and bright. The rooms for the dogs vary in size according to your pooches requirements. Our girl has extra large as she’s over 6 stone. Pampering, agility, pet photography and personal taxi service are some of the services available. They have a separate house for small or teacup breeds which is so cute. Can also have a room with 24 hour camera access to view your dog whilst away. Worth every penny for the reassurance and piece of mind. Remember to book a viewing if interested to see around the kennel and/or cattery for yourself. Ps look out for the elephant in the window!

I was nervous to leave my rescue dog as she has come on so much with training and I worried about set backs. There was no need to worry with Elmtree! They went the extra mile to help her settle, not easy with a highly strung terrier. She has returned from her stay content, happy and better behaved. We were wary of leaving our beloved but temperamental ridgeback in kennels. He can get very anxious. We shouldn’t have worried when we picked Elmtree Pet Hotel. (the Hilton of pet hotels). My “four legged baby”, Booboo, regularly stays at The Canine Country Club. He is a very sensitive dog who used to suffer from anxiety when away from home. He started staying here since last year. Was very nervous about leaving my Tabby and Boxer – the staff sent photos and replied to my emails in good time whilst I was away. No hassle and what they say they mean – this is a Pet Hotel run by efficient hard working Animal lovers who take their job seriously yet give our Pets TLC whilst we are away. Will always bring my Pets here from now on – No where else. Also once you walk in it smells very clean as the staff keep the animals groomed and their sleeping areas clean and tidy. My pets were dropped off by friendly driver – quick simple payment by card (Stress free!) . My pets have come back looking great, no bad habits or issues as I have heard horror stories about other Kennels from other dog owners. This isn’t a Kennel ⊠its a Luxury Hotel for Pets. AMAZING!!!!

My two Bulldogs have stayed at Elm Tree numerous occasions over the last three years. I am always impressed by how clean it is and especially like the room with sofas where the dogs can go when it is raining. One of my dogs is special needs and epileptic on various medication, they are amazing with him as he requires a lot of patience and attention. They always come home happy and Elm Tree always check their vaccination record and update any new medication on their system. Tom, the manager and Angie, on reception are also patient with my constant emailing when I leave them, and reassure and update me with news. I would highly recommend Elm Tree to any pet owner.

We have been taking Oscar our German Shepherd to Elmtree since he was about 18weeks old. He is now 3years old. Whenever we get to Elmtree, Oscar gets really excited and wags his tail – I know from his reaction that he loves being here and enjoys his stay. The staff at Elmtree are very helpful – they are always willing to go the extra mile for your 4-legged friend. One member of staff that Oscar is very fond of is Mandy who often takes care of him and is very helpful whenever we drop him off or pick him up. Whenever we put Oscar into Elmtree – we know that the staff will take care of him, they will make sure he is happy and eating well. They really do take care of your pet and are always willing to answer any queries you may have about your pet’s stay. We always feel when we put Oscar into Elmtree that he is in a place which he loves and that he is safe and secure. Since bringing Oscar here- we have not been able to find another pet hotel that can match the wonderful care and attention they provide. We have boarded both our dogs and our cats at Elmtree several times, and they all absolutely love it there. In the past, we had a pet-minder come into our home to look after the cats whenever we travelled, but they are much happier staying at Elmtree – they come home calm, happy, and obviously well-looked-after. And our two dogs are so happy to see the Elmtree van when it arrives to pick them up that they leap into the back without a backward glance or a goodbye! The staff at Elmtree are extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive. They even arranged for medication, extended boarding, and other special care for our dogs and cats on one occasion when we had a family emergency and were unable to return to London as scheduled. We could not be happier with Elmtree, especially of course because our beloved animals obviously thrive there.

We left our three cats at Elm Tree for a week last week. We usually have them looked after at home so this was a new experience for them (and us), and we were absolutely delighted by how happy, healthy and relaxed they were when we picked them up. One of our cats is an ageing, insulin-dependent diabetic and it is incredibly important to us that he get the best care. The staff at Elm Tree are really brilliant, so caring and affectionate with the animals as well as being super-professional & efficient. It is also incredibly clean – I’ve never been somewhere with so many animals in one place that smells so fresh! They do such a fantastic job & are clearly devoted to the animals. I have already spread the word on Facebook and will tell anyone who ever asks that Elm Tree is the perfect place to take care of your loved pet when you’re not around to do it yourself.

Having heard different stories in the past about kennels, we decided to visit elmtree pet hotel before booking for our dog to stay there whilst we went on holiday. We were extremely pleased with the staff and the cleanliness of the entire place during our visit. Although more expensive than other kennels I am happy to pay more to know that my dog is looked after professionally, she has now stayed there three times and always seems happy to go there and looks well when we collect her. I would recommend elmtree and have told many people about it.

Absolutely The BEST Boarding Experience(s) Ever! We have had nothing but extremely positive experiences with Elmtree. I have never had a dog before, and as we have always (until recently) lived near family that could look after our dog, I had VERY high expectations for what I needed from a boarding kennel for my little 4-legged princess. Elmtree has gone above and beyond my expectations every single time. We’ve brought our dog to come and stay at Elmtree on at least five different occasions now; sometimes for just a couple days, and others for up to two weeks. The first time Maddie was a bit apprehensive, but that was the only time she ever showed an ounce of hesitation. Every time there after, her ears perk up on our long walk up the lane leading to Elmtree, and the second we enter… she’s bouncing up and down greeting each employee never looking back to say goodbye. Even better yet, it really seems like each and every employee really cares for all of the animals. As soon as we walk in, everyone knows Maddie’s name, and everyone is greeting her with the same enthusiasm that she is showing them. Upon returning to pick her back up, she always comes walking out from the back with her head held high, her tail wagging, and obviously very happy – and this is before she sees that we’ve returned to collect her! Her every need is very obviously met. We even joke that she seems to gain more muscle every time we take her, as she clearly gets great exercise. We’ve also used Elmtree’s pet delivery service – they are always on time and very courteous. I couldn’t say more positive things about Elmtree as a whole – an overall fantastic and EXCELLENT service. 5 Star Service at Elmtree Luxury Pet Hotel. Due to a bad experience at the kennels that we usually use, my husband and I thought it would be best if we looked for a new kennels as we had a 3 week holiday booked. Elmtree Luxury Pet Hotel came highly recommended to us by our vet and we recently found out that a few people from our dog training school also go to Elmtree. We went to have a look at Elmtree to see for ourselves and straight away we knew that this was the place to leave our 3 dogs, our cat and our rabbit. I remember saying to my husband âWow!!! this is amazingâ Although Elmtreeâs charges were a little more than our usual kennels, we didnât care; we knew that our much loved pets would be in very good hands. The staff were lovely, friendly and caring people and defiantly had a very genuine love for all the animals they were looking after. When we returned home from our long holiday we couldnât wait to see âthe petsâ. We missed them so much. Even though we used the WebCam Service (Pet Watch) to watch the dogâs everyday â this was great and put our minds at rest a little. Elmtreeâs Chauffeur Service bought all our pets home. We could see straight away that they had been very well looked after. The dogs had been bathed and groomed and looked so healthy. And the cat and the rabbit also looked like they had been groomed. They were all so happy considering they had been away from us for 3 weeks. We would highly recommend Elmtree Luxury Pet Hotel to anyone. They really do offer a â 5 ***** STAR SERVICEâ and it was defiantly worth paying that bit extra to have our animals in such good hands.

Great service. IÂ wasn’t too sure weather to leave my dogs at a kennel as it’s something i havn’t done before but as i had to leave town at a very short notice i felt i may aswell see what it’s like. As i arived i was kindly showed around, and i must say i was very impressed with the conditions of the cleaniness, there were also large grass areas for the dogs to have a run and play and i felt this was the best place for my dogs, as they would be well looked after.When i came back to pick them up i was over the moon to see them, and i could see they enjoyed their stay. and had also become friendly with the staff there. i believe i made the right choice of pet hotel.

Excellent. Max my Westie dog had the most wonderful stay at Elmtree Hotel for Pets, I was so impressed by the friendly staff and the happy atmosphere, everyone was so helpfull and I felt happy to leave max for the first time ever!! On my first visit to the Hotel we were made very welcome and shown around the place where there was no pressure at all to make a decision if we wanted our dog to stay. We made our minds up straight away and booked Max in. Max had a great stay over and I felt he was made very welcome, he came home smelling the same as he did when in went in as the Hotel is extremely clean!!!! He came home happy and jolly as always. So glad I found Elmtree Hotel I will most certainly book Max in again.

When i walked into Elmtree I knew it was the right choice for Lady. I have never been to such a clean kennels. What i liked was the size of the kennels, as lady being a german shepherd needs plenty of room. It was so clean and before i booked Lady in i went for a tour and was very impressed with staff. All the dogs that were boarding there looked very happy which says it all. When i collected Lady she had been bathed and looked in good health and was happy. I will definately be booking Lady in again.

A friend sang the praises of Elmtree so I thought I would go and take a look. I was really suprised by the quality and cleanliness of the accommodation, the indoor and outdoor facilities, the size of the kennels (they call them suites and I understand why)and the caring attitude of the staff. I walked to the reception and booked Spike straight in for our two weeks away in the Summer. I have never written a web review before which hopefully tells you all you need to know!

First class boarding for Pets. This dog hotel is excellent, and though it’s expensive it is worth paying for peace of mind, that your pets are being taken care of my true animal lovers. I was taken into hospital suddenly, and Elmtree fitted my two cats and dogs in at short notice and also fitted them into being picked up at short notice by their pet taxi service and taken straight there. I spent 9 days in hospital and i phoned from hospital every day and staff gave me a report on how my pets were every day. I was relieved when I heard from them my little dog Shelley was making friends and they were all fine. The staff were fantastic, dedicated and pets are treated as family there. Elmtree is the only animal boarding place were my dog Shelley is happy. Shelley gets distressed at leaving me yet she will go off to Elmtree quite happily. They get lots of love and attention there, kennels I’ve heard are bright and airy air conditioned in summer and heated in winter. Dogs get plenty of exercise. My cats were placed together. Elmtree is set in beautiful grounds. I would highly recommend Elmtree for , level of comfort for the animals , the care and attention the pets receive and the dedication of the staff who work there who go above and beyond to make sure not only the pets are receiving a good level of care but that they are truly having a holiday too and they really do come home chilled out. Also I would recommend them for their excellent customer service theis willingness to do the best they can to alleviate the owners worry of them. I was able to concentrate on getting better in hospital knowing my.pets were happy and settled. I would also recommend the pet taxi service, door to or service there and back when you are not able to take them there yourself. Being in hospital this was ideal for me, a friend stayed in my flat when they were picked up. Dont be put off by the cost of this pet hotel, after all don’t you think your pets are worth it?

She can be very difficult to handle and is not used to being around other dogs. All the staff i have come across have taken a genuine interest in Jade and gone out of their way to reassure me. It maybe a little more expensive than i have previously paid for kennels but taking into account the quality care and surroundings worth every penny. I would not leave Jade anywhere else.

My goodness…I cannot speak highly enough of Elmtree!!! Arna (the smiley black lab on the instagram page…) stayed at the Canine Country Club for the Bank Holiday weekend. And what amazing care she received! Unfortunately, Arna’s sensitive stomach played up while there and the staff went above and beyond the call of duty. There were phone calls to discuss best plans, chicken and rice cooked for her, reassurance and checks in the middle of the night… and when we picked her up all her bedding and toys (and her as well) had been washed. Seriously, just astonishing! And I’m sorry you had to deal with it…we’ll figure out her diet soon! The way you dream Doggy care could be…I hope the Thank You present arrives safely tomorrow.
